How do you get connected to the earth?
The simplest way to get connected to the earth is to touch it! Take off your shoes and walk barefoot on the grass, sand, dirt or rocks. If you are concerned about touching these surfaces with your bare feet, then get our special grounding shoes that will protect your feet and still allow you to be connected to the earth and receive it’s wonderful results.
