Beer & Wine May Lower Risk for Kidney Stones

Researchers tracked more than 194,000 people for over eight years. They found that drinking red and white wine at least once a day reduced the risk of kidney stones by 31%-33%. They also found that drinking beer at least once a day reduced the risk of kidney stones by 41%.
