REASON #1: BAD FOOD CHOICES
If you are making the wrong food choices you can be giving your body the signal to make fat. This will cause your body to try to store the calories you eat as fat instead of burning them off. In order to turn the calories into fat and not burn them off, your body must make some major changes to slow you down and make you feel sluggish so you will be still and sedentary rather than get up and move and jump all around.
