Every single day we are bombarded with toxins such as:
- mercury from dental fillings, seafood and factories
- arsenic from farming as well as eating rice and quinoa
- aluminum from deodorant, green tea and aluminum foil
- nicotine from inhaled cigarette smoke
- preservatives and pesticides from food
- prescription and other drugs such as barbiturates, cocaine, alcohol and opiates
Harmful Toxins and The Body
Harmful toxins create issues for the body as it struggles with managing, storing and removing. Firstly, managing the toxins requires extra nutrients. The body will redirect the bodies current nutrients into the management process when the extra nutrients are not supplied. The body can no longer carry out the original tasks of the nutrients. Therefore, the body develops nutritional deficiency symptoms. Next, storing the toxins in organs can damage them. Storing the toxins in fat cells requires overeating. Overeating will produce all of the fat cells needed to store them. However, it leads to obesity. Finally, removing the toxins can be hard on the kidneys and liver. This requires extra nutrients and water to keep the kidneys rinsed. Also, the body is not good at removing certain toxins. For example, it takes 25 years to remove half of the mercury exposure of just one day.
