Researchers tracked more than 194,000 people for over eight years. They found that drinking red and white wine at least once a day reduced the risk of kidney stones by 31%-33%. They also found that drinking beer at least once a day reduced the risk of kidney stones by 41%. Though less significant, drinking coffee, tea and orange juice at least once a day was found to also lower the risk of kidney stones.
