Good healthy foods don’t come with side effects. (Of course, if your body is damaged in some way you may experience problems with certain foods, but then the problem is with your body and not a side effect of the food.) So side effects should make you think “MEDICINE/HERBS” that override the body’s programming with a price to pay for doing so. Side effects should also make you think about supplements that are not concentrated food but chemicals made in a laboratory that cause problems in your body. Try to NEVER take such things. If you have to, then do so apologizing to the creator for interfering with and overriding the proper functioning of your design.
People override our programming all too often thinking that they are smart enough to do so. Then 20 years later we find out just how bad it was to do so. Yes, there is a time and a place where we have no choice but to over ride our programming. Keep in mind that overriding our programming can prolong you life but usually does not bring health. Therefore, it makes more sense to try the processes that can actually help you accomplish the goal of health. Ask yourself the following questions:
- Do you really want to take something that will override your programming on a daily basis if you don’t absolutely have to do so?
- Do you really want to pay the price of overriding your programming without becoming healthy or do you want to actually seek health?
- Would you like to be your healthiest without side effects?
