How Many Emotions Can Be Released?
Emotional Liberation Therapy (ELT) can help you eliminate any and all undesirable emotions. Indeed, there is no limit. Emotions are thought to be experienced on wavelength frequencies. You can have an emotional being generated on multiple frequencies. Therefore, you may need to release the same emotion multiple times to liberate all of its frequencies.
For example, you may be experiencing the emotion of jealousy in the here and now. That emotion may be about to become trapped because you are not handling it properly. You may have already trapped jealousy previously on a different frequency. Or, perhaps you inherited the frequency for jealousy from one of your parents. In this case, the person may be experiencing jealousy from three separate frequencies. This will cause the need to liberate jealousy on multiple frequencies from multiple time periods. All frequencies may be liberated in one session or it may take several sessions to liberate all of the frequencies.
Which Emotions Can Be Liberated with Emotional Liberation Therapy?
Emotional liberation Therapy (ELT) can help liberate any and all undesirable emotions. If it is an emotion that you actually experience, then we can liberate it. We can work to liberate any emotion you request. However, it is most effective to work from our set of core emotions. These emotions yield a ripple effect. The ripple causes the biggest change in how you will feel afterwards. Some of the core emotions are listed below.

What Do You Feel While the Emotions Are Being Liberated?
During the ELT session you may feel a tingling sensation. Or, you may feel the actual emotion that is being liberated. In fact, some people feel nothing at all. As your body is liberating the emotion, you may feel a sense of freeness, lightness or tranquility. In some cases, the emotion has been so thoroughly removed that the individual has insisted that they never had the emotion.
How Do I Know If ELT Benefited Me?
You will know if you have benefited from your ELT session. How? By noticing changes to the way you think during the first 24 hours after your ELT session. Focus on the way that each word that was liberated normally makes you feel. Then, notice if you feel differently. Also, notice if you begin to respond differently when put in situations that would cause that emotion to be triggered.
To illustrate, let’s say you liberated the emotion of “lack of love”. You would think about who or what situations normally make you feel a lack of love. Then, when you are with that person or in that situation, notice if that strong sense of lacking love still appears. If the ELT session worked, you will find that you no longer feel a sense of lacking love. In some cases, the emotion may be less severe but still present. If so, then you may have the emotion on multiple frequencies. Thus, you would need to liberate the emotion at several appointments to liberate all of the frequencies.
