Weight loss requires you to get SERIOUS! You have to decide that you like not eating your favorite foods better than you like being bigger than you want to be. It is just that plain and simple! Stand in the mirror and look at yourself. Then, decide if you are ready to get serious. If not, that is OK. Accept what you look like and move on. But, if you are ready to get serious, then it is time to get to work!
Weight Loss Tip #2
This weight loss tip requires you to think about why you overeat. Is your body toxic? If so, you may need to remove the toxins before you can successfully lose weight. If this is the case, it may be helpful to take natural appetite suppressants like raspberry ketones and cayenne pepper. Does your environment and friends encourage you to overeat? If so, you may need to switch environments and/or friends in order to be successful at weight loss. Get friends that encourage you to slim down. Get friends that encourage you to get active and stop focusing on activities that involve food.
Weight Loss Tip #3
Exercise is critical for weight loss. Start slow and aim for the burn. If you are only able to do two of an exercise. That is OK! Just do two today. Keep doing two a day until you are ready to do three or four. Include whole body exercises to get the most birds with one stone! The elliptical exercise machine is great for this. Make sure you use the one that allows you to pull with your hands as well as move your feet.
Weight Loss Tip #4
Remember that weight loss can be enjoyable. Find foods that you enjoy that are lower in calories. Get a few exercise buddies whose company you enjoy.
