7 Actionable Weight Loss Tips

Weight Loss Tip #1: Get Serious

Weight loss requires you to get SERIOUS!  You have to decide that you like not eating your favorite foods better than you like being bigger than you want to be.  It is just that plain and simple!  Stand in the mirror and look at yourself.  Then, decide if you are ready to get serious.  If not, that is OK.  Accept what you look like and move on.  But, if you are ready to get serious, then it is time to get to work!

Weight Loss Tip #2: Contemplate

This weight loss tip requires you to think about why you overeat.  Is your body toxic?  If so, you may need to remove the toxins before you can successfully lose weight.  If this is the case, it may be helpful to take natural appetite suppressants like raspberry ketones and cayenne pepper.  Does your environment and friends encourage you to overeat?  If so, you may need to switch environments and/or friends in order to be successful at weight loss.  Get friends that encourage you to slim down.  Get friends that encourage you to get active and stop focusing on activities that involve food.

Weight Loss Tip #3: Exercise

Exercise is critical for weight loss. Whole-body exercises give you more bang for your buck.  So, start there and start slow aiming for the burn.  If you are only able to do two of an exercise.  That is OK!  Just do two today.  Keep doing two-a-day until you are ready to do three or four.  Include whole-body exercises to get the most birds with one stone!  The elliptical exercise machine is great for this.  Make sure you use the one that allows you to pull with your hands as well as move your feet.

Another option is the vibration plate.  Vibration plates are great for someone who is trying to get back to exercising because they allow you to sit still and get a whole-body workout! Of course, when you are ready, you can begin to include exercises while sitting on the vibration plate.

Weight Loss Tip #4: Food

Remember that weight loss can be enjoyable.  Find foods that you enjoy that are lower in calories.  Focus on eating these foods, especially when you are very hungry and will tend to eat larger quantities.  Try to minimize high calorie foods and only eat them when you are not very hungry when it is easier to eat small quantities.  It is also a good idea to try to limit eating for at least four hours before going to bed.  This will help your body burn calories while you sleep instead of making fat while you sleep.

Weight Loss Tip #5: Supplements

Supplements can lower your desire and cravings for food.  How?  Sometimes, when you thing your body is asking for food,  it is really asking for the nutrients that can be found in healthy foods.  So, taking a good multivitamin can satisfy the body’s need for nutrients.  As a result, the body will stop asking for food.  Yes, this really can decrease your desire and cravings for food causing you to eat less.  This can also cause you to have more control over what you decide to eat at mealtime.

Natural appetite suppressants are a great addition to any weight loss program.  Raspberry ketones and cayenne pepper are excellent natural appetite suppressants don’t add any stimulants to your body.  Raspberry ketones do an excellent job at suppressing the appetite.  Though cayenne pepper does suppress the appetite a little, it is much better at causing your body to burn that unwanted brown fat that can build up in the abdominal and hip areas.  When taken together, these two work wonders.  They can be taken with each meal to minimize eating all day long.  Or, they can be taken with dinner to minimize night time eating.

Get a few exercise friends/associates whose company you enjoy.  Now, when you exercise, it is more like hanging out with your friends.  Minimize association with friends that typically:

  • want to do sedentary things.
  • want to over indulge in food.
  • don’t want to get up and move!
  • tell you that you don’t need to lose weight.
  • tell you that you are beautiful just the way you are.
